About testtest
Built on rawness
Formwork is a design-and-build studio working across Wellington — architects and builders in the same practice, on the same contract, so the thing that gets drawn is the thing that gets built. Most studios hand a set of drawings to a builder and step back. We don't: the same people who draw a house stay on it through the framing, the fix, and the handover, which is the only way we've found to stop a good design being value-engineered out of existence on site.
